Schedule a consultationYou keep showing up, handling responsibilities, and taking care of the people around you. Inside, you may be replaying conversations, anticipating what could go wrong, or feeling a sense of panic that seems to come from nowhere.
Anxiety is not a personal failure. Often, it is your mind and body trying to protect you, even when that protection has become exhausting.
Therapy gives us room to understand the why, while building tools that help you move through the present with more confidence.
WHEN ANXIETY TAKES UP TOO MUCH SPACE
Anxiety does not always look like visible panic. It can show up as overthinking, perfectionism, irritability, avoidance, physical discomfort, or the feeling that you can never fully relax.
Your mind revisits decisions and conversations long after the moment has passed.
Your body feels restless, tight, unsettled, or suddenly overwhelmed.
Perfectionism and self doubt make choices feel heavier than they need to be.
You pull back from people, places, or experiences that once mattered to you.
Being on alert for so long leaves you depleted and more reactive than usual.
Intense fear can arrive quickly, leaving you worried about when it may happen again.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
We begin with practical ways to regulate your emotions and respond when anxiety feels intense.
We get curious about the experiences, beliefs, relationships, and needs underneath the anxiety.
You practice choices and coping skills that fit your real life and support meaningful, sustainable growth.
