Understand the pattern
We look beyond the surface reaction to the experiences, beliefs, and needs beneath it.

VIRTUAL THERAPY THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA
You may know what needs to change and still feel stuck in the same patterns. Therapy can help you understand what is underneath them and create change that actually feels like your own.
MAYBE THIS FEELS FAMILIAR
You show up. You keep things moving. From the outside, you may even look like you’re doing just fine.
But inside, you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, reactive, or repeating patterns you promised yourself you would change.
You’re not broken. There is a reason this keeps happening. We can get curious about it together.
MY APPROACH
I offer therapy that is warm, honest, and deeply human. We’ll make room for your story while also building practical ways to move through what is happening now.
We look beyond the surface reaction to the experiences, beliefs, and needs beneath it.
Curiosity replaces judgment, helping you see yourself with more clarity and compassion.
Insight becomes action through tools and choices that fit your actual life rather than a perfect one.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Every relationship and season of life is different. Our work will be shaped around what you need, without losing sight of the whole person or system around you.

MEET DOMINIQUE
Going all in does not mean having everything figured out. It means being ready to understand yourself differently. You may know what needs to change but still find yourself caught in the same reactions, relationships, or patterns. Whether you’re navigating anxiety or depression, struggling to feel connected, or simply trying to figure out what “normal” means anymore, you don’t have to untangle it alone.
I created All In Healing Therapy around a simple belief: meaningful change requires more than learning how to cope. It begins with understanding why certain patterns developed, what keeps them going, and what you need in order to move forward. Going all in means showing up honestly, getting curious about yourself, and becoming fully invested in your healing one step at a time.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, families, children, and teens. My approach is person centered, which means I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, help you connect the pieces, and provide the support and tools needed to create meaningful, sustainable change.
Therapy is not one size fits all. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Together, we will look beyond the immediate symptoms or reactions and explore the experiences, beliefs, relationships, and unmet needs underneath them.
My experience ranges from supporting teenagers through the disruption and uncertainty of the COVID pandemic, to working in residential treatment, to serving on a mental health crisis response team, which I affectionately consider the deep end of the pool. I have supported clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, addiction, psychosis, communication difficulties, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
Born and raised in Temecula and a San Diego local for more than ten years, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Addiction Studies and my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.
In therapy with me, you can expect warmth, honesty, compassion, and a judgment free space. You can also expect humor because sometimes, if we don’t laugh, we might cry. Sometimes we do both. That’s okay, too.
Healing does not require perfection, pretense, or having all the answers. It requires a place where you can feel seen, heard, and safe enough to be honest. When you’re ready to understand the why, reconnect with yourself, and become fully invested in what comes next, I’m here to go all in with you.
